Tuna Tataki – Sliced pan seared tuna served atop a bed of daikon, served with tangy ponzu
Scallop Yaki – Grilled scallops with teriyaki glaze
Edamame + House Salad – Lightly salted steamed soy beans and House salad with ginger dressing

3rd COURSE – ENTRÉE

House Sushi Sampler – California roll + 8 pieces nigiri sushi-chef’s choice
Maki Rolls (choose one from each list)

Cherry Blossom – Tempura shrimp, spicy tuna, avocado in soy paper + combination sauce
Leap – Spicy salmon + yellowtail, white tuna, avocado, crunch, red tobiko, masago, spicy aioli
112 – Flash fried with tuna, avocado + masago, red tobiko, scallions, combination sauce>

Spicy Tuna – Chopped tuna, cucumber + spicy aioli
California – Crab, avocado, cucumber + masago
Philadelphia – Smoked salmon, cream cheese, avocado

Teriyaki Duo – Hibachi grilled steak, chicken or shrimp (choose 2), served over mixed vegetables
Seafood Birdnest – Lobster, scallop + shrimp with mixed vegetables tossed in house white sauce atop a bed of crunchy noodles
